They have a diverse clientele spanning the UK and Europe. The Role: As a Level 2/3 Support Specialist with expertise in Cloud Insurance Software, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction with the advanced cloud-based insurance solution. Duties: Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud insurance software. Provide advanced technical support and act as a point of contact for complex customer queries. Identify root causes of application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
