Overview: JHNA is seeking a motivated Cloud Engineer/DevOps to support of the Future Vertical Lift Program Office. This role is a part of the newly awarded Software Engineering Department Support Services (SEDSS) 5-year contract. Roles/Responsibilities: Provide engineering support to an AWS GovCloud environment with a large user base in a cross functional team utilizing DevSecOps Design, implement and manage highly available AWS infrastructure that meets business needs and technical requirements. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery and deployment of applications and services. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using GitOps Monitor and troubleshoot health and performance of AWS infrastructure, applications, and services. Collaborate with developers, testers, and other customers to ensure successful integration and delivery of applications and services. Support the planning and execution of the migration of services from on-premises infrastructure Support security hardening of the environment and systems using DoD Cyber policy guidance. Plan and manage work with the larger engineering team using Agile methodology. Maintain documentation to include knowledge base, incident response actions, system configurations, and other information related to system administration. Qualifications Required: At least five (5) years of relevant experience Experience in aircraft or weapons systems Must have an active Secret clearance or active Interim Secret clearance Familiarization with DoD RMF process and policies 8570 Compliant Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) AWS Cloud experience GitOps tooling - Python, Ansible, Terraform Experience or familiar with Agile process Familiarization with DevSecOps Containerization JHNA is a Digital Engineering firm focused on providing engineering and technical services primarily to DoD's Aviation communities.
