ABOUT CENTRAL FLORIDA KIDNEY CENTERS: Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc is a not-for-profit dialysis organization that has served the dialysis community for 50 years- with seven clinics in the Central Florida area. We are committed to providing unrivaled dialysis care to improve the quality of life for those with End-Stage Renal Disease. THE POSITION: As the Clinical Training Manager, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the training and education of our clinical staff. Responsible for oversight and participation in the general training of all new employees and total onboarding for clinical staff, using evidence-based practice methods. Responsible for developing and conducting various training programs and auditing tools for clinical department staff on the company philosophy. Able to collaborate with other clinical leadership to identify training needs outside of the core curriculum to promote maximized effectiveness in managing behavioral and medical costs. Responsible for the lead role in patient and employee safety, monitoring reports for issues that need to be addressed with employee training. Makes recommendations to the appropriate nurse manager or other supervisors for follow-up with new employee monitoring of job performance. This list is not intended to be all inclusive QUALIFICATIONS: Current Florida R.N. license. Completion of BLS, and/or ACLS, and/or PALS Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) with additional experience or formal education in nurse training and educating others Dialysis Experience Required Experience as a Clinical Trainer or Educator THE LOCATION: The Clinical Training Manager position is based at our Home Office located at 203 Ernestine Street, Orlando, FL 32803, but requires travel to our Orlando and Brevard Clinics.
