Job Description: The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the nursing unit's operations, including financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction. This role reports directly to a designated nursing director. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program Current KY RN licensure or a compact license with privileges to work in Kentucky Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in an academic medical center hospital At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an academic medical center hospital Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program Benefits & Perks: Vacancies: 1 Salary Range: $89,980 - $110,000 Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Free tuition at the University of Louisville for part-time and full-time employees, including child/spouse/domestic partner 401K with employer match Powered by JazzHR
