Grand Rising Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Director for their Mental Health Treatment Program in Dedham, MA for adults (18+).Step into a pivotal role as our Clinical Director and drive the development of our outpatient mental health clinic. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field. License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, and/ or similar licensure). 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required. ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting. Experience with startup organizations is preferred. Demonstrated computer proficiency.
