This is an Independent Dental Group looking for a Clinical Director to join our existing team of Clinical Directors, but to be based in Southampton to look after associates in this region. The successful candidate will take on 3-4 days a week Mon-Wed/Thru of mixed general dentistry 5,000 UDAs per annum with additional private work, and be a mentor/supervisor for dentists requiring EEA/PLVE mentoring at the practice. In addition, they would need to complete Clinical Director duties for the remaining 1-2 days. This includes training of dentists and therapists; 1-1 support chair side, observing.
