Sampson Regional Medical Center is hiring a Clinical Administrator to join the Nursing Administration team! Description: The selected applicant will a ct as a resource for and extension of the Administration during the off hours; assist organization in ensuring quality patient care; serve as a role model for professional nursing practice; coordinate the daily practice of patient placement; evaluate the nursing care provided to patients at SRMC and alerts the appropriate person(s) when there are concerns; maintain strong nursing knowledge base; ensure safe environment for all patients cared for within the organization; maintains a high level of clinical competency; participate in organizational process improvement, especially within the nursing units and support areas; monitor patient care and customer service; collaborates in developing strategies for improvement and accountable to CNO . Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. BLS, ACLS & PALS certification required. Charge Nurse and/or Supervisor experience preferred. Must be dependable, flexible and committed to providing outstanding patient care. Your Health, Our Passion!
