Description:
The successful candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree and extensive background and experience in hospital department outpatient clinic operations, preferably in a wound care setting, and with building a strong referral base. He or she will be goal oriented and have experience understanding hospital systems, leadership roles and be focused on the success of the clinic related to excellent patient care and outcomes and financial success. If you are ambitious and want to grow professionally in a role, if you exhibit professionalism including treating customers and co-workers with respect and dignity, aligning behavior with customer service principles and abiding by guidelines of professional behavior, and if you have experience hitting financial goals in an outpatient setting, then you'll be an excellent additional to our dynamic team. As the Institute Director you will be responsible for day to day management and oversight of the Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine Institute. You'll oversee operations, staffing, and training and act as liaison with physicians, hospital personnel and departments reporting to the Corporate Leadership Team of Innovative Healing Systems and designated hospital leadership.
