Description:
Ben Delatour Scout Ranch is seeking qualified candidates to serve as the Climbing Program Director and/or COPE Director for the 2023 summer season . The ideal candidate will be 21 years of age, have extensive top rope climbing and rappelling experience, knowledge of, or experience in challenge course work and will have staff management experience as well. Certification as a BSA climbing or COPE director is required and the selected candidate should possess this certification or have the ability to attend a camp school session to receive certification.
