To learn more about our culture, visit Proservice.com/career Role Overview The Manager of Client Training & Development is responsible for maintaining our HR and Safety training and development programs that serve as a powerful client retention tool; fueling our growth engine, and improving our brand as trusted advisors in safety, HR, and leadership practices. This role will oversee the execution of our program in collaboration with vendors, SME's, internal resources (Client Success, HR/Safety Compliance, and Marketing) to increase client participation in our offerings. Responsibilities: Oversee and lead a team of trainers, coordinators, and instructional designers that execute the entire training life cycle from concept/content development to delivery, evaluation, and reporting. Effectively coaches and develops others through performance management mechanisms (1:1's, performance management, development). Establish relationships with vendors and independent contractors to support additional needs in content, instructional design, graphic design, training delivery, and coaching. Ensure training sessions are delivered by experienced, engaging, and skilled facilitators who demonstrate subject-matter expertise, that demonstrate the value in our partnership. Serve as a facilitator for leadership and strategic HR or safety topics as needed. Develop and maintain up-to-date content in the areas of compliance, safety, professional development, management and leadership, team building, and strategic HR. Build a library of content for clients to access on-demand. Collaborate with key internal teams including marketing, implementation, operations, and client success to ensure the program is well-marketed and meeting client needs. Educate and partner with internal teams including sales and marketing to support the sales pipeline, building both our program and brand awareness. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of related HR or Training experience Advanced degree in business or related field; HR or Training certification preferred (e.g. SPHR, SHRM-CP, CPLP) Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a variety of media, including classroom and web-based formats. Leading Edge - Progressive, visionary leader, growth mindset; continues learner on HR and safety trends , effective training methodologies, and training technology. Verbal & Written Communication - Dynamic, engaging and effective presenter; capable of developing concise communications to clients that are instructive and useful. Team Player - Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, including working with senior leaders and executives both internally and with clients. Team Builder - Strong leadership skills; ability to manage multiple levels of employees, both new and experienced; able to manage team dynamic independently. A people builder.
