Client Service Support Specialist We are currently seeking to fill a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative position in the Atlanta Georgia office. We support management companies in the multi-family rental industry. As a CSR you will be committed to provide outstanding service to our clients through relationship building. As a member of the client services team, you will work on job objectives, collaborative projects, and day-to-day trouble shooting. Roles and Responsibilities : Opportunity to build strong partnerships with client organizations and property managers Respond to client inquiries through timely and accurate customer phone or email communications Problem research and resolution using critical thinking skills Take ownership of client issues by troubleshooting problems Assist new clients through the onboarding process, get them set up and trained on processes, in order for them to easily submit tenant files for collection by using integration software or the RRS web portal Manage client account information with any accurate updates Collaborate with internal staff Create client reports and account modifications as needed Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions on the efficiency of the customer service process Bonus opportunity with increase in number of client file placements Work with the Client Services Manager Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Strong professional communication skills, both phone and email Strong listening and critical thinking skills Effective multi-tasking and time management skills Attention to detail Strong relationship building skills Proficient in Excel Capable of using basic math daily Positive can-do attitude Self-motivated and flexible team player Familiar with customer relationship software in order to record activities, research customer information and create reports Works independently within established procedures Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and Customer Service operating software's Excellent analytical skills with ability to come up with innovative solutions to problems Superior interpersonal skills with ability to work with other departments, as well as clients 3-4 years of Customer Service-related experience or need 2 years' experience with additional specialized training Benefits: Medical and Dental Benefits 401K and Profit Share Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Paid Vacation Job Type : Full Time, 40 hrs a week Salary : Based on experience, increase after successful completion of probationary period Job Location : On-Site in Atlanta, GA Hiring Manager : Anna Marti @ 678-819-XXXX ext 225 Job Type : Full-time
