Client Service Coordination Intern : Assist with coordination of internal and external client service requests. Administrative duties as described in responsibilities. Essential Duties: - Always provide excellent client service to all internal and external clients - Assist in answering phones and email messages in friendly, professional manner - Assist with processing weekly time submissions from the field - Assist with service dispatch process - Organize and file electronic data - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Currently pursuing college degree - Office experience is strongly preferred - Self-starter, dependable, positive attitude, punctual, multi-tasker, reliable - Team player, strong client service skills, works well with others, friendly - Strong computer and phone skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills, motivated, takes initiative We offer: - Excellent pay - Great and supportive work environment - Professional training and growth - Generous educational assistance program - Recognition and outstanding co-workers!
