The Role: As a Client Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately GBP 400k, leading the accounts team. Your responsibilities will include supervision, training, job planning, quality reviews, and billing management. Responsibilities: Manage a team, providing supervision, training, and skills appraisals Oversee an allocated client portfolio Plan and manage work in progress Monitor and meet reporting deadlines, advising clients accordingly Review working papers files and financial statements for compliance with UK GAAP and firm procedures Achieve monthly billing targets Contribute to monthly management meetings for operational improvements and enhancing employee engagement Review financial statements and corporate tax returns Undertake ad: hoc special projects as required Requirements: Previous experience working as a Client Manager, Accountancy Manager, Accounts Senior, Accounts Supervisor or in a similar role.
