As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for researching and processing requests from clients. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Be responsible for the quality control of team tasks Ensure that we process the client’s requests accurately and efficiently Sort, scan, and index incoming mail Respond to escalated calls from clients and provide appropriate resolution Investigate and track system issues and develop workarounds/solutions Work with the Assistant Manager to define and enhance procedures Work with Assistant Manager to ensure all team members are fully cross trained Proactively collaborate with the team to provide solutions to problems and potential issues Improve service levels by continually reviewing processes/procedures and identifying opportunities for enhancement Participate in special projects/assignments; perform other duties as required The Must Haves: Experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably within the financial services industry is an asset Experience in customer service or a back-office environment is an asset Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have: Strong problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal & written communication skills An ability to prioritize & organize incoming work Excellent time management skills An ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment An ability to multi-task An ability to meet and maintain specified minimum productivity and quality standards Location(s): Canada : Ontario : Toronto Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
