Job Title: Data Collector Job Summary: Kickstart an exciting career in intelligence by joining the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Data Collector. This pivotal role offers a unique entry into the world of classified records management, where you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience meticulously inventorying and cataloging sensitive materials. Responsibilities Include: Providing a per document inventory of records Current record holdings volume is approximately 3000 sq ft of documents (classified and unclassified) Developing and accurately documenting each record description, attributes, and metadata for eventual incorporation into a DIA document finding tool Performing data entry of inventories with Microsoft Office Automation tools (i.e., Excel, SharePoint) Updating cataloging database systems with inventory descriptors and metadata/ keywords Required Qualifications and Skills: TS/SCI clearance with CI poly At least one year of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Automation tools The physical ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal business hours Work is to be performed at government facilities in Washington, DC and Landover, MD Travel throughout the greater DC area How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
