Mount Morris Dam Visitor Center 6103 Visitor Center Road Mount Morris, New York 14510 May 5th - August 19th (3 Days Per week) 2 Hours Daily at $15.00 hourly September 1st - October 29th (3 Days Per Week) 2 Hours Daily at $15.00 Daily: Empty waste containers, place new waste bags, and return to initial location. Items such as cardboard boxes shall be recycled and packing material too large or bulky for the waste baskets shall be placed in the large trash receptacles located adjacent to the maintenance building. Waste bags will be furnished by the government to the contractor. Fixtures including exterior surfaces of toilets, urinals, toilet seats, paper product dispensers, soap dispensers, drinking fountains, and sinks shall be washed using a disinfectant and made clear of stains and odors. Mirrors shall be cleaned with a glass cleaner leaving the surface free of streaks and other evidence of removable soil. Fixtures shall be determined clean when all dirt, grime, streaks, and scale is removed. Chrome fixtures shall be polished. And brushes, sponges, cloths, or paper towels used to clean toilet fixtures shall not be used to clean any other areas. Floors shall be swept free of dirt and debris, then wet-mopped with a disinfectant suitable for use on such floor surface per product label. Floor surfaces shall be free of streaks and other evidence of removable soil. Mops used to clean bathroom floors shall not be used to clean any other areas. Perform a visual inspection of sink areas and report leaking fixtures, drainage problems, non-working light bulbs and damage to walls, floors, and fixtures to the government. Carpeted areas shall be inspected for gum, tar, and other substances stuck to the surface. Remove any substances and vacuum all carpeted areas. Areas such as corners not accessible by a push vacuum shall be cleaned with a vacuum hose with brush attachment. Carpets shall be free of all visible litter, soil, and embedded dirt. Refill all toilet tissue and soap dispensers, when necessary. Toilet tissue and soap will be furnished by the government to the contractor. One year with potential to extend 4 extra years with good performance ***A background check with no felonies and U.S. Citizenship is required***
