About Our Opportunity Reporting to a Senior Analyst on the Clean Transportation team in the Clean Energy Branch, the Clean Energy Coordinator will be part of a passionate and creative team that supports the provincial government’s efforts to develop clean energy resources, reduce Nova Scotia’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, create jobs and transition to a net-zero economy. Our work includes a focus on inclusive participation in low carbon solutions that increase equity and energy affordability for all Nova Scotians. Our team works with a variety of clients and partners such as provincial departments, the federal government, municipalities, First Nation communities in Nova Scotia, African Nova Scotian communities, and non-profit organizations. The Clean Energy Coordinator is part of the Clean Transportation team and is responsible for providing clean transportation policy analysis as well as coordinating and supporting clean energy funding programs that span all aspects of clean energy. Primary Accountabilities The primary focus of this position will be program development, delivery, administration, and evaluation of a clean energy funding programs as well as policy analysis.
