As our full-time Class 1 Driver , you will be responsible for a handful of equipment deliveries each day, ensuring proper paperwork is provided to our customers while maintaining a high level of customer service and pride in your work. Key Responsibilities: Locally transport new, used and rental equipment throughout the Lower Mainland; Safely and reliably operate a low bed and flat deck trailer; Load material handling and compact construction equipment in a safe manner, ensuring equipment is properly secured; Drive material handling and compact construction equipment; Perform all pre and post trip inspections; Ensure all paperwork for equipment is filled out properly prior to delivery at the customer site; Follow all company guidelines and provincial laws; Works closely with Operations team to efficiently carry out responsibilities; Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to handle physical labour up to lifting 50lbs; Ability to safely operate compact construction and material handling equipment is an asset; Superb customer service skills; Excellent communication skills; Must pass a criminal background check. Minimum of 3 years’ experience driving Class 1 vehicles; High school diploma; Must possess a Class 1 Drivers’ license; Must possess a clean drivers abstract... Visit ListedBuy for more information.
