The Role: As a Claims Handler you will play a pivotal role connecting the customers with the resolution of their motor vehicle issues. Responsibilities: Use advanced claims management system for accurate information recording. Gather essential details for effective customer journey during new claims. Follow established processes for seamless claims handling. Collaborate with clients and partners for file progression, maintaining excellent communication. Requirements: Previously worked as a Claims Handler or in a similar role. At least 1 year of experience in Claims Processing. Possess basic computer knowledge. Call centre experience.
