About the Firm: The firm provides comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for government, commercial, and institutional projects. From schools to hospitals, our projects shape the community and enrich lives. We prioritize employee growth and development through specialized training and a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineers and technicians Provide technical supervision and design expertise in site development Develop proposals, scopes, and fees Build successful client relationships and manage projects Ensure compliance with zoning ordinances and regulations Coordinate with city departments and participate in community organizations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering PE registration in Oklahoma Minimum 6 years of experience in site development, including: Plans production and management Entitlements such as Platting, Zoning, and Municipal Permitting Site Planning and Development Master Planning Grading and Drainage Design Street and Alley Design Water and Wastewater Design Hydrology and Hydraulics Analysis and Design General Civil Design Construction Management Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS preferred Strong communication skills and ability to attend meetings as needed Benefits: Annual salary range $80,000 - $105,000 Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plans Professional development opportunities Powered by JazzHR
