Role: Civil Engineer PM, PE Industry: Engineering Location: Murfreesboro, TN Remote or Hybrid Options: n/a Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 Relocation: Possibly Type: Full-time/Exempt/Benefits Overview: The company is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer and Project Manager in Murfreesboro, TN. This position will lead the project design, client communication, permitting, and management of a wide range of commercial and residential development projects. The Civil Engineer and Project Manager will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public, private, and mixed-use projects. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering PE license Strong communication skills Self-motivated, team-oriented individual AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency Experience in managing all aspects of land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication Key Responsibilities: Project and client management Manage and mentor a team to meet project goals and deadlines Perform or manage the design of land development projects Attend meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals Benefits 100% covered health, dental and vision insurance, group term life insurance, identity theft protection, long-term and short-term disability coverage, telemedicine, and long-term care insurance Generous PTO, paid holidays, and three additional paid days between Christmas and New Year's Day Yearly profit-sharing bonus & 401(k) contribution Compensatory time paid out as PTO or additional pay if over 40 hours worked in a week If you meet the above requirements and feel confident in your ability to perform these tasks, please apply online or submit your resume to XXXX@ascendrecruitingpartners.com
