The position is responsible for growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. They manage the sales effectiveness of the independent reps and ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for working within an assigned territory, developing, and implementing a sales plan to grow the business.
