Citigroup's Business Continuity Management (CBCM) organization within Enterprise Resilience (ER) is seeking an experienced Third Party CoB professional to serve as part of the CBCM Third Party Testing & Assessment Team. The candidate will be responsible for CoB Third Party testing, assessments, risk management, governance, oversight and controls in the North America, Latin America and Mexico regions. The candidate will need to establish strong relationships with business and technology teams and various key cross-functional programs including Third Party Management, Sourcing and others. The Continuity of Business Risk Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and external third parties. Responsibilities: - Plans, coordinates, and executes Third Party Denial of Access (sDoA) testing for Outsourced Service Providers (OSP), Denial of Service (sDoS) testing for Externally Hosted Applications (EHAs)- Plans, coordinates and executes Third Party CoB Assessments to evaluate the CoB strategy and practices of OSPs and EHAs based on criticality and other risk data- Conduct Gap Analysis of assessments to determine impact of adverse events that may affect key Third Parties; track Gap Disposition to closure to ensure mitigation of all CoB gaps- Tracks deliverables and drives completion to ensure adherence to standards and policy and compliance with calendar requirements- Partners with business and technology teams, Third Party Management, Sector, Regional and Country CoB Teams to identify risks and align appropriate actions to mitigate Third Party CoB risk- Provides Subject Matter Expertise on matters related to CoB and Operational Resilience- Liaises with Business Recovery Coordinators / Application Managers and facilitates training and awareness sessions to assist in the completion of Third Party CoB requirements- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency- Partners with Sourcing, Business and Third Party Management teams during contract negotiations, providing advice on the adequacy of CoB requirements- Management and oversight of issues, corrective actions and risk exceptions, including escalation process and controls- Contributes to the development and enhancement of program activities and tools to support simplification and address emerging risks- Provides support on Internal Audits and Regulatory actions Qualifications: - 6-10 years experience with Third Party oversight, risk, relationship management and/or technology (knowledge of Citi business operations is a plus)- Ability to plan, organize and manage tasks independently- Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Operational Resiliency, Continuity of Business and Third Party risk management.- Knowledge of project management concepts, data analysis and reporting with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation)- Understanding of Cloud Service Providers and related technologies (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, etc.)- Knowledge / participation in the implementation of IT projects, including the formulation of business requirements and familiarity with SDLC, PMP, Agile is a plus- Self-motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese is highly desirable Education: - Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------- Job Family Group: Corporate Services ------------------------------------------------- Job Family: COB & Crisis Management ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: Jacksonville Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Salary Range: $103,920.00 - $155,880.00 ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
