Prior experience in the cleaning industry (preferred) Active participation in a local Christian church community. Ability to articulate the gospel and share personal conversion to Christianity. Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence. Flexibility to work second shift hours from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Responsibilities:Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and manage cleaning operations in your designated area. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cleaning staff. Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies. Christian Values Integration: Actively participate in a local church community. Articulate the gospel and share your personal conversion to Christianity when required. Uphold Christian values and foster a positive, faith-based work culture. Operational Excellence: Utilize your years of supervisory experience to optimize team performance. Implement efficient cleaning processes and procedures. Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring operational efficiency. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Staff Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for cleaning staff, focusing on both technical skills and Christian values. Support the personal and professional growth of team members.
