We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is committed to providing the best care possible, a team player who understands stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary changes that help patients manage their overall health, and is knowledgeable in neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments. Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes on condition and care) Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Occasional marketing and promotional events Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in FL Schedule: Full time (Mon -Friday) Salary (range): $80k to start Benefits: Training and professional advancement (paid) Health Insurance package Dental and Vision insurance PTO Life Insurance Retirement plan STD and LTD If you enjoy focusing on quality patient care and wellness and can manage a solid new patient base and navigate a quickly growing practice, then we want to hear from you.
