Connect Chiropractic is currently hiring for a full-time Chiropractic Care Coordinator - Office Assistant to assist patients in at our Wauwatosa, WI location. This customer service position earns a competitive wage of $16.00 - $20.00/hour , plus bonuses! DAY-TO-DAY This full-time entry-level customer service position typically works Monday - Thursday and enjoys three-day weekends! With an hour-long lunch break , scheduled work hours are the following: Monday from 8:00 am - 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm, Tuesday from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Wednesday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, and Thursday from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm . When a patient comes in for care, you perform initial assessments and consultations to determine their current health status. You tactfully discuss billing and finance options with our patients and help them determine the best course of action regarding their payments. Additionally, you perform various in-office tasks to keep our practice organized and running smoothly. You love interacting with a wide variety of people and take pride in helping them improve their health and well-being!
