We are passionate about using our talents for God’s purposes and that’s why we’ve dedicated our careers to a ministry, not just a job or a title. We have the privilege of leading people into a growing relationship with Christ. To do this, we will be risk-takers, irrationally generous, spiritual contributors who laugh hard and honor God with integrity. Do you want to join us?The Nazkidz Children’s Ministry is devoted to leading children, birth through fifth grade, to become fully devoted followers of Christ. By developing relationships with children, teaching truth through God’s Word and being culturally relevant, staff and volunteer leaders help children understand God and respond to Him. We’ll smile if you are: Knowledgeable in children’s ministries Willing to try almost anything to connect to children Awesome at communicating and relating to others, especially children and their parents You’ll be happy if you enjoy: Building a relational children’s ministry team Recruiting, training, and leading adult volunteers and student leaders Creating weekly experiences that are fun, relevant and helpful to kids Being a team player who collaborates with all ministries during weekend experiences We’ll high-five if you: Children naturally smile at you Know the top 5 children’s programs Look forward to walking into a room full of preschoolers Desire to excel in creating a driven children’s ministry model that will change the God Shaped landscape in Ottertail County and beyond
