Where You Belong.Job SummaryTHIS POSITION WILL BEGIN JUNE 1ST 2024The Child Care Supervisor reports to the Activities Director and is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. They are also responsible for helping create a fun and positive play environment for young children to enjoy.Day-to-Day * Being courteous and friendly when dealing with the public. * Being familiar with and executing approved methods of behavior management in young children. * Asserting leadership abilities in the event of the Director's absence. * Training and supervising childcare staff. About You * Minimum of six months experience working with children in a childcare environment. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * A college degree in early childhood education is preferred.
