ABOUT YMCA OF BUCKS AND HUNTERDON COUNTIES YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is a charitable, nonprofit organization committed to strengthening our communities through membership and programs that foster youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility for all . Child Care Floater Salary : $15.50 - $18.00 per hour Child Care Floater Hours : Monday - Friday 10am-4pm Child Care Floater Responsibilities : Cultivating and fostering a safe and nurturing environment that will encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children in the program Caring for children ages 6 weeks - Kindergarten Leading age appropriate activities Utilizing state and YMCA guidelines to ensure the safety and well being of the children Building strong relationships with the parents Child Care Floater Qualifications : 2500 hours experience working with children High school graduate.
