Job DescriptionIn search of a full-time, licensed, community based in-home therapist for children and adolescents (0-21) using the Family Centered Treatment Model (www.familycenteredtreatment.com). Candidate will be required to conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy. Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area of Richmond & Anson Counties. Employees receive extensive training and become certified in the Family Centered Treatment model.Education/experience/licensure requirements:Master's Degree in a human service field requiredFully or provisionally licensed in NC required (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or LPA)Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families preferredOther requirements:Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver's license)Attendance at weekly team meetingsSessions conducted in community to include but not limited to consumer's home, school, officeHome office is located in West End with travel throughout coverage area to include Richmond & Anson CountiesThe mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families.
