*LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY* Purpose: The CFO serves as the financial leader for the organization and is responsible for all financial and fiscal management. This includes support of operational business planning, accounting, and budgeting, risk management and financial management. The CFO ensures a positive net working capital position, current and future, and the integrity of the financial position of the company. Accountable for: Financial Analysis and Reporting Gather, record, analyze and disseminate financial and non-financial information for KCI projects. Understand and document information needs for front-line operational staff. Develop processes that help gather data for the needs of operational staff and executive team. Develop and implement reporting information that displays how the business is performing so key leaders can make the most informed decisions. Develop and report key performance indicators showing business performance. Implement and monitor company-wide training program for financial processes developed. Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling forward financial operations plan and 18-month rolling forward cash flow plan. Generate monthly and year to date financial statements and actual to budget information. Manage annual audit process and financial statement generation. Responsible for insurance liability maintenance and analysis. Maintain and strengthen banking relationships. Assist in maintaining and strengthening bonding relationship. Develop process for analysis, payback metrics and budget development for capital asset purchases. Strategy, Planning and Management Act as a strategic business partner to all members of the executive team. Assess and evaluate the financial performance with regards to long-term financial goals, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short and long-term growth plan. Establish relationships across the organization; engage, communicate, and interact to foster relationships. Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth. Provide leadership to accounting team; conduct annual reviews and development plans. Participate and/or lead weekly management meeting and executive meetings. Participate in the monthly projection meetings. Participate in the annual business planning process; complete a plan showing cash needs and expectations for the year. Information Technology Management Ensure accounting team is the internal knowledgebase for Vista. Develop accounting team to understand how the system records and reports the pieces of data. Be the resource for internal inquires with Vista functionality. Manage third-party IT service provider and IT personnel. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required. MBA preferred, but not required. CPA is desirable, but not required. Ten years of experience in accounting, or finance field, is required. Construction accounting is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and manage a team. Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter, team player and the ability to communicate in a professional manner. High degree of integrity. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Vista experience a plus.
