Be a medical laboratory professional who has an earned master's; holds ASCP-BOC or ASCPi-BOC generalist certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist; has a minimum of two years of teaching experience; has knowledge of education methods and administration.2. Be responsible for the organization, administration, instruction, evaluation, continuous quality improvement, curriculum planning and development, supervising other program faculty/staff, and general effectiveness of the program;3. Possess a relatively high level of analytical ability is required for advising and/or referring students, preparing course plans, and/or other activities.4. A substantial level of interpersonal skills to provide guidance and referrals for students regarding sensitive issues.5. A relatively high level of analytical ability is required for curriculum development and course design aligned with Concepts of Universal Design and Quality Matters, for advising and/or referring students, preparing course plans, and/or other activities. 3. Must have knowledge of Instructional Technology and college software to include: Microsoft Word, Instructional Design Program (WIDS), Moodle, Web-Ex, etc. 5.
