Be responsible for the organization, administration, instruction, evaluation, continuous quality improvement, curriculum planning and development, supervising other program faculty/staff, and general effectiveness of the program;3. Possess a relatively high level of analytical ability is required for advising and/or referring students, preparing course plans, and/or other activities.4. A substantial level of interpersonal skills to provide guidance and referrals for students regarding sensitive issues.5.
