The right candidate will provide hands-on culinary skill to deliver high quality food and service to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: • Plan, direct, and execute food preparation and cooking according to customer needs; • Oversee, advise, and provide training to other cooks to ensure that high standard is maintained for the kitchen’s cooking techniques, dish preparation and garnishing procedures; • Prepare and cook complete Swiss Chalet meals, including roast beef dinners, rotisserie chicken stir-fry, and assorted appetizers using Swiss Chalet specialty ingredients and recipes; • Work with ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and rice and use specialty cooking equipment; • Adapt dishes for customers with specialty diets, allergies, and intolerances; • Ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation and presentation according to Swiss Chalet’s restaurant standards; • Regularly track, check, and organize restaurant inventory to.
