Orchard Pub - Tremblant Chef Orchard Pub is a friendly celtic pub that caters to customers looking for a cozy and warm atmosphere. We first opened in the heart of Montreals Monkland Village in 1996. Since then, we have opened our doors Downtown, in the Plateau, in Pointe-Claire, in Saint-Sauveur and in Chateauguay. Soon opening in Mont-Tremblant which is where we need you! Key Duties and Responsibilities: Create dishes that are made from scratch using products that are grown and sourced locally Assist in managing the aspects of the business which can include; cash flow, budget, talent management, client and customer relations, inventory, food health and safety, and overall operational excellence Work with local suppliers and create local sourcing opportunities Maintain and implement any new company procedures and programs including diet and allergy awareness Aid in developing the kitchen team Work closely with our operations team to establish goals and strategies to continuously improve the units performance Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of related experience Previous experience in kitchens required Salary: $18-25 / Hour Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 15% of equivalent salary at employers discretion Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 32 hours per week Language: At least intermediate English is required.
