Responsibilities: • Review and track team member performance objectives, as well as offer guidance and assistance to support and promote an efficient kitchen• Teach recruits and hire staff that suit the business culture to provide a welcoming atmosphere for kitchen employees• Coordinate all kitchen food preparation, including processes, portioning, garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are presented elegantly• Manage controllable department expenses such as food, supplies, uniforms, equipment, and collaborate with vendors to achieve the highest quality products at the most reasonable price• Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials Qualifications: • Must have 7-8 years of culinary experience for this role• This role requires experience building, motivating, and leading a team• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers• Understanding and compliance with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 About Company: About Us We are one of the latest additions to the dining scene of North Scottsdale, known for our commitment to culinary excellence and unparalleled guest satisfaction.
