The right candidate will have prior experience working in a busy fresh food kitchen and be able to successfully manage their own section unsupervised. Due to the location, having your own transport is essential Your Profile: Prior experience working in a busy fresh food environment. High level attention to detail. Experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef. Great communication skills. Able to work quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Assisting the Head Chef in the daily kitchen operations, team management, able to effectively lead the team in the Head Chefs absence. Running your own section in a busy kitchen, using high quality, local fresh ingredients. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met. Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth running and high standards. Communicate effectively with the rest of the team to make sure all meals are cooked and plated to a high standard.
