Bringing delicious, creative, and bespoke flavours and creations to the guests' tables, running a section in the busy Pastry kitchen. Making sure the operation runs without a hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, that service is smooth, and the food hygiene standards are sky-high. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with ideas and techniques that make the Pastry kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where they are always looking to come up with new, delicious combinations of taste and creative design. Interacting with the guests, always warm, professional, helpful, and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with them luxurious in every way.
