Chef de Partie - Exciting Opportunity in a Prestigious Georgian-Era Hotel A renowned Pub and hotel in King's Lynn, East of England, Is looking to grow their team and is in need of a CDPWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our clients hotel. You will be creating delectable dishes in a bustling environment, utilising the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Their restaurant prides itself on offering a range of mouthwatering seasonal dishes, and their Bar & Lounge serves afternoon tea, tapas, and a variety of beverages. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes. Ensuring kitchen activities operate smoothly on a daily basis. Upholding high food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (2 years plus experience) Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes. Knowledge of European, British and western cuisines Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. A team player with good communication skills. Benefits: Competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum. Live-in accommodation available. Opportunity to work in a prestigious, historically significant venue.
