Chef Thomas Keller is looking for a remarkable Chef de Cuisine who is driven about food and hospitality to join The Surf Club Restaurant in Surfside, Florida.Ideal candidates will have extensive fine dining experience of at least 5 years , preferably already working as Chef de Cuisine in a Michelin operation. Classically trained would be preferred. As a member of the culinary leadership team, this individual must be an independent worker and possess proven management skills.In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience being accountable for a restaurant P&L, and the desire to learn and contribute.Chef Keller's collection of restaurants is founded on a culture of mentorship and provides a solid foundation of skills to support the culinary profession.
