We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding team based in Glasgow City Centre. Role Description The successful candidate will be expected to support and help drive forward our existing business in the UK and Ireland. Your duties will involve all aspects of building surveying including condition surveys, building pathology, reinstatement cost backssments, schedules of condition and dilapidations. You will also be expected to be proficient in project management and have a good working knowledge of common construction contracts with a proven ability to develop and lead on the contract administration of maintenance, repair and refurbishment contracts. The role offers an opportunity to work within a modern progressive and dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy as we continue to develop and expand the range of services that we deliver for our valued clients.
