Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, one of South County's largest independent, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation nonprofit senior living communities, seeks compassionate and experienced Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our growing team. At Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, our mission is simple: we create communities that promote the dignity of human life and reflect the spirit of Jesus Christ. We proudly provide the best possible physical, social, and spiritual care for our older adult residents...but we need your help. We are looking for qualified CMTs for our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Community (Mary, Queen and Mother Center). Available Shifts: Part-time Days Evening Weekends PRN Benefits: Competitive salaries Shift Differentials Flexible schedules Advancement opportunities Health insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Retirement Plan Requirements: Must be a current Certified Nurse Assistant in good standing in the state of Missouri. Must have successfully completed Certified Medication Technician training program for the state of Missouri and in good standing with the state of Missouri. Utilizes tactful, diplomatic communication skills to interact in potentially sensitive or emotionally charged situations. Must be self-motivated and possess good judgment.
