Location: North Moore Family Practice Position: Certified Medical AssistantSuccess in this role looks like steady client transition from intake to checkout and follow-up with accurate documentation and execution of clinical procedures in accordance to federal and state safety and compliance guidelines Additional Benefits: Medical Insurance, accrued PTO, Holiday pay available to eligible full-time employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: Negotiable Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Medical specialties: Primary Care Schedule:8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:BLS Certification (Preferred) CCMA Certification or RMA (Required) Clinical Duties(may include, but not limited to): Taking medical histories Explaining treatment procedures to patients Preparing patients for examination Assisting the physician during exams Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens Performing in-house CLIA WAIVED laboratory tests Instructing patients about medication and special diets Preparing and administering medications as directed by a physician Transmitting prescription refills as directed Drawing blood Taking electrocardiograms Removing sutures and changing dressings PDN-9bdf8605-c5e4-478d-92c4-06a6019f6f4c
