Location: Physician Care Northwest Position: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant CMA to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Job Type: Full-time (35-40 hours per week) Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 DOE per hour Medical specialties: Primary Care/Family Practice Schedule: varies Monday through Friday License/Certification: BLS Certification (Preferred), Certified Medical Assistant (Required) Responsibilities: Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff Escort patients to exam rooms Perform vitals Qualifications: Previous experience as an MA Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experienced Medical Assistant to perform clinical back office duties to include: patient intake for electronic medical record, triage, injections, chronic care management and medication refills as appropriate. Prefer previous electronic health record experience and be proficient in navigating, typing, medical terminology and medications.
