Swank Construction Company is looking for a CDL Driver to join our Grooving/Grinding Division. Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. TO BE CONSIDERED A QUALIFIED APPLICANT: Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement - Required Ability to operate a slurry tanker and a tractor trailer to, from, and on different job sites. Keep tanker and tractor trailer maintained and clean. Keep job sites clean of all unused/waste materials and ensure all equipment is stored in a safe and secure manner. Perform all pre/post trip safety checks on company vehicles. Must be able to comply with and follow all DOT requirements and regulations. Dependable, Reliable, Punctual, & Self Motivated. Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends) Willingness to travel. Up-to-date DOT Medical Card - Required. Prior experience operating a tanker and tractor trailer - Required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background checks, including MVR. Must be in a union or be willing to join a union. Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA. Perform all other tasks and follow instructions as directed by direct supervisors.
