Egg Drivers and Chick Delivery Drivers (Cohutta)Competitive Wages starting at $22.25 - $24.25 / hour (includes incentive) also will be eligible for overtime pay.Health Benefits on day 60401(k) with Company MatchLife InsurancePaid TuitionBasic Skills and Qualifications:Hold a class A CDL LicenseHave at least 1-year verifiable driving experience.No felony convictions on his/her criminal history record for the past 10 years.No violent crime convictions, inclusive of misdemeanors, on his/her criminal history.No serious nature of accidents or DOT recordable accidents.Not have more than 3 occurrences on MVR in 36 months and not have a DUI/DWI conviction within 7 years.Not have a positive or adulterated controlled substance result, or a breath alcohol confirmation result of 0.00 or above.Must be able to drive a manual shift truckEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.CHICK DELIVERY DRIVER- This position is responsible for delivering baby chicks to the grower farms.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pre-trip inspectionsLoading and unloading of chicksMake sure fans and ventilation are working properlyTruck should be unloaded, washed, and disinfected by end of each dayEGG TRUCK DRIVEREssential Duties and Responsibilities:Pick up eggs from each grower farm twice a week and keep consistent schedule for each farmLoading and unloading of eggsTruck should be unloaded, washed, and disinfected by end of each day
