We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking CDL drivers for our prestigious routes from Kansas City, MO to North Dakota. This is not just another driving job; it's an opportunity to join a team where your efforts are appreciated and rewarded. Why Drive With Us? Competitive Pay: Earn $29.50/hour plus overtime after 40 hours. Per Diem Benefit: Receive an additional $30 per diem for each day you lay over, enhancing your earning potential. Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a regular schedule, typically Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. We value your work-life balance. Advanced Notice: Get your schedule for the following week every Friday, allowing you to plan ahead. Physical Engagement: This position involves a high-touch approach, with responsibilities including lifting and moving boxes to customer conveyor belts. It's a great way to stay active. Key Responsibilities: Operate a sleeper cab on routes to North Dakota, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. Handle heavy lifting, moving all boxes to the customer's conveyor belt - some stores allow conveyors inside for even easier deliveries. Responsible for dropping off and collecting dunnage at each stop, maintaining organization and efficiency. Adapt to a flexible schedule, with the potential for 1 or 2 layovers in a sleeper cab on certain routes. What We Require: Proven direct store delivery experience. Ability to operate manual transmission trucks. A commitment to safety and a clean driving record. Flexibility for night starts between 11pm-4:45am and open to working some Saturdays.
