For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Catering Sales Coordinator- Santa Clara Convention Center Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Canva Handle small to medium size catering events and events that need R&C services. This means working directly with clients to plan and execute events as well as upsell. Greet clients while on-site and introduce client to the Operations Manager for smooth transition and execution of events. This may require Sales Coordinator to be present during the event. Participate at BEO (banquet event order) meetings and communicate with Operations Team and Culinary Team prior to the event to ensure successful execution. Perform daily admin tasks such as: mail distribution, answer main line and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner with the ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum amount of supervision Support the Sales Managers and Director of Sales for special projects and admin related tasks Organize signed digital copy of actual consumptions post event and enter daily post event consumption in Reserve for invoicing. Maintain and update the Credit Refund Tracker Send Change in Forecast Reports to appropriate recipients on a weekly basis Create BEOs in Reserve and send out Weekly SCCC Batch BEO Distro and Snapshot Report to the Team Maintain office supplies inventory (ie file folders, toner, etc.) Monday – Friday. Schedule may fluctuate based on business demand. Weekend as needed Must know and comply with all company policies and procedures Apply to Levy today!
