Join our team as a Catering Coordinator and bring your energy and enthusiasm to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests!Summary: * Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up * Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process * Assist in menu planning, including customization and dietary accommodations * Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teams * Manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operations * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally * Assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation * Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goalsIf you have a passion for creating extraordinary events, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you!
