Our work culture embraces people who are innovative, resourceful, determined, catalysts of change and champions of our values.As a Category Management Analyst in our organization, your key responsibility will be to analyze internal sales data and integrate it with relevant external data assets to generate valuable insights for the Sales & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a keen analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to swiftly execute tasks, identify crucial patterns, and deliver insights accurately and promptly. Effective communication skills are crucial, as you will be tasked with conveying results, insights, and recommendations to both sales and marketing teams. In this dynamic role as a Category Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in influencing and shaping the future of our rapidly growing Hispanic food manufacturing company. --RESPONSIBILITIES:--Manage all data inputs/outputs for distribution to the Sales & Marketing team's reporting tools with effective data integrity.Develop, maintain, and analyze sales and shipment trend reporting. Identify category and competitive insights within Hispanic CPG landscape.Collaborate with Sr. Manager of BI to deliver against initiatives to elevate insights against project requests and deliveries to the Insights team.--Develops compelling, fact-based presentations utilizing data resources to support customer and marketing initiatives.Communicates and develops action plans to deliver against Business Intelligence initiatives.------------------ ----SKILLS:--Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preference: Business, Mathematics or Economics)Experience with data sources such as IRI/Circana, Nielsen, 84.51 is required, Apollo Space Planning is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel experience is required.Experience with utilization of the Power BI platform is preferred.----EXPERIENCE:----3-5+ progressive years of experience in with data analytics, category management or related fields within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space Demonstrated expertise in translating POS, panel, shipment, and internal sales data into relevant insights within the CPG industry.--At Cacique, eligible teammates receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and short-term disability.-- As well as vacation, sick, holiday pay, birthday day off, 401k with company match, and more!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
