Main Purpose of Job• To keep the kitchen department clean and tidy by the use of weekly cleaning schedules and requests from the Head Chef and kitchen brigade. • To wash pots, pans, and cutlery and keep the area clean. Load and unload the dishwasher as well as handwash china etc. • To put away kitchen stock, empty bins, to ensure the floor is kept clean and dry at all times. • Be flexible to work early shifts, late nights, and weekends.
